Ther seems to be a surfeit of pleasant young ladies strumming and singing nowadays, a bit cloying but better than most contemporary audio abominations.
Recently, I forget where, the etymology of nice was brought to my attention. It's gone through a great many permutations over the centuries. On the one hand, nice actually means "stupid.Seems to me this song brings it back around to its original meaning, which in a way could be construed as innocent; only here, the innocence called to mind is not necessarily that of the newborn, but of the eternal.Wouldn't it be nice if we were Older...Yes. Yes, it would.
