I've tried twice to listen to the entire song, sung by the 'number one artist in 17 countries' and just can't get through it -- boring. Boring lyrics, boring music, boring voice. I admit, though, those earrings are stellar.
Just heard "To Sir, with Love" on an oldies station the other day. I think the song (and the singer) hold up really well.

Ditto. I hate that kind of homo-friendly, girl-music schmaltz. Give me a good, dumb three-minute pop song any day.
