Took me a while to find, but I think you'll enjoy this from my favorite super-genius physicist:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ITpDrdtGAmo

I didn't know that IKEA had a home delivery service.
Oh Peter, you're such a kidder; everyone knows there's no wooden anything in an IKEA.
Raising three boys in the country, one of my best allies in the quest for peace was the voracious wood stove. Similar beneficial burners of teen male calories were the wolfhounds who needed to be run every day, the garden needing endless weeding, and the pressure washing, sanding, scraping, plugging and painting of every indoor and outdoor surface on a tight schedule. This brutal exploitation of boys resulted in three vigorous, productive and upright men. My liberal friends who tried to be buddies with their sons and let them get their exercise at the mall had more mixed and less happy results :)
All ready split and delivered? You need an old truck, chainsaw and a maul. (and a strong back)
