If I Were The Rolling Stones, Nothing I'd Ever Accomplished, No Amount Of Money, Women, Drugs... Nothing Could Compare To Writing A Song That Townes Van Zandt Bothered To Sing

Townes Van Zandt

You know; any soundtrack that has Captain Beefheart and Henry Mancini on it can't be all bad.

Always loved the original and the Townes Van Zandt version with supporting video is something special. "Well when you're sitting back in your rose pink cadillac. Making bets on Kentucky Derby Day"

They have written some great songs!

Townes has made better renditions of this song, but it sure is fitting for the video.
